  • Responsible individual to assist Plant Engineer in developing implementation and maintenance of all programs related to Preventative, Reactive, and Predictive maintenance. 

  • Assist Plant Engineer with the workforce to meet the needs of FC. 

  • The Maintenance supervisor should work around production/sanitation schedules according to availability of machines, materials and manpower. 

  • Supervise an effective, safe and efficient Maintenance program utilizing continuous Improvement systems. 




  • Promote, follow and enforce all safety regulations.

  • Must be able to follow and enforce all GMP regulations.

  • Must be able to follow and enforce all company policies.

  • Foster and incorporate a continuous improvement culture with maintenance team and all plant personnel.

  • Oversees a highly functional PM program utilizing Maintenance Connection in conjunction with operations and maintenance staff and train the supervisors and others involved.

  • Directs the preventative maintenance process to ensure that production operates at maximum efficiency and at best cost.



  • Responsible for coaching and guiding team members in need of development. To include, issuing progressive discipline as needed.

  • Manage employee relations with the team and co-workers.

  • Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly scheduling and effective resource allocation.

  • Conduct team meetings.

  • Responsible for competing and issuing all necessary and future reports.

  • Responsible for effectively communicating organizational and policy changes.

  • Practice change management leadership.

  • Be able to create and promote a team environment, manage conflict and resolve current issues.
