To ensure our people are happy in and outside of work and have all the support and resources they need, Blue Apron’s Human Resources team consists of 6 functions; Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, HR Operations and Organizational Effectiveness


  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation from beginning to end.

  • Manage all onboarding and employee exit paperwork and scheduling.

  • Assist with new hire paperwork and schedule onboarding activities such as trips to the Test Kitchen, Fulfillment Center, etc.

  • Own the maintenance of the HR Confluence page

  • Assist the team with general HR duties including I-9 verification, visa paperwork, new hire and change forms, etc.

  • Audit employee files/records to ensure record-keeping compliance and accuracy of data

  • Enter new hire information and employment/pay changes into HRIS and ensure proper documentation has been submitted


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1+ years experience in an administrative role

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to problem solve and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in the workplace

  • Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to HR team success

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Proficient with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar and Drive)
