What we’re looking for 

We’re looking for a Grocery Associate in our Fulfillment Center to work on a team responsible for ensuring that our Pack lines are properly supplied with the correct ingredients to fulfill customer orders in accordance with company processes and procedures. This is a full-time position based in our Linden, NJ fulfillment center.


  • Checking in ingredients prepared in our Kitchen into our warehouse management system (WMS) to ensure proper systematic tracking of inventory
  • Ensure prepped ingredients are correctly identified and assigned to the correct menu
  • Properly track inventory through the building through the use of WMS
  • Execution of SOPs; escalates discrepancies to Supervisor when necessary
  • Owns the safety of the themselves and all team members around them, ensures that all Associates are in a safe working environment 100% of the time
  • Ensure that we send out a quality product


  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must satisfactorily complete a background check and drug screen upon offer
  • Must be able to work weekends, overtime and holidays as required
  • Ability to count large quantities of product in the form of cases, and pallets
  • Certified to operate Powered Industrial Trucks, or must be able to obtain certification to do so within their first 30 days
  • Communication skills – must have good listening skills in addition to excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Capacity to follow detailed processes and procedures while offering creative improvements to those processes
  • Ability to self-motivate and to problem solve in a fast paced setting filled with hard deadlines
  • Average computer skills, especially Excel and Word
  • Willingness to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the job
  • Minimum 1-2 years of inventory control experience

Physical Requirements 

  • Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to handle exposure to temperatures that range from freezing to sub-freezing (coolers, freezers, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation 
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to be certified to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts, reach trucks, powered pallet jacks)
