About The Role


We're looking for a dynamic Office Manager with a positive attitude, great organizational skills, and attention to detail. You'll assist the General Manager of the warehouse, while collaborating with various teams, and assisting with other projects as needed. We are looking for a hard-working self-starter to help keep our busy office in order! The Office Manager will be the first face guests and employees see when they enter our office, so we are looking for a person who will positively represent our company and work well with different personalities and work-styles.


Responsibilities

  • Greeting office guests, maintaining office supplies, making coffee, working with sanitation team to keep office clean at all times
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies to ensure the office and other areas are always stocked.
  • Administrative tasks, including but not limited to, filing, inputting receipts, organizing expenses and coordinating team meetings.
  • Assisting the NJ Warehouse Team with various tasks/projects as needed
  • Taking an active role in management meetings (requiring an understanding of Blue Apron performance management tools). Will need to communicate meetings notes to appropriate parties
  • Supporting the management of vendor relationships
  • Partnering with the facilities manager to help drive a safe work environment
  • Managing mail and office deliveries
  • Working proactively to improve the general flow and organization of the office

 Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (2-3 years)
  • Prior experience in a food production or warehouse environment preferred but not required
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and an extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and power through ambiguity by problem solving
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office
