WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN 

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 20+ full-time associates in our Fulfillment Center. As a front-line Supervisor, all associates on your team will report directly to you. You’ll be responsible for holding associates accountable to all department processes and procedures, at all times.


WHAT'S ON THE MENU 

  • Handle all associate corrective action and development conversations
  • Partnering with the Shift Manager, communicates the daily plan to Team Leads and Associates
  • Holds daily stand up meetings with the team to discuss daily goals, objectives and company/department updates
  • Owns the execution of SOPs and hold your team accountable, including progressive discipline when necessary
  • Own identifying talent on your team, including: identifying primary and backups for critical roles and creating training plans for every critical role.
  • Own the safety of the team, ensuring that all Associates are in a safe working environment 100% of the time
  • Completes daily end of shift reports

 NECESSARY INGREDIENTS 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Satisfactory drug and background screening following condition offer
  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • Overtime, weekend and holiday, as required
  • Must be willing and able to lift-up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be willing and able to handle exposure to temperatures that range from freezing to sub-freezing (coolers, freezers, etc.) with or without accommodation
  • Must be willing and able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be will and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
